I Love Joe Lieberman, But...

God bless Joe Lieberman. He writes a great editorial about the roots of faith getting us back to the roots of national unity. If only he could see fit to see that it is people in his own party that are not only tearing down religious faith, but the very founding unity of our nation. The NY Times "1619 Project" explicitly rejects the 1776' founding proclamation that "All men are created equal," and it is being pushed only by people of one party, and they are Democrats.

As for religious faith, it is under siege by those that equate religious freedoms with persecution of others. While it may be a bit more bipartisan, there are not many Republicans looking to force religious people to abdicate their beliefs to comply with any US law. The constitution forbids it, even if the result is called "discrimination" by leftist politicians, bureaucrats and media.

I do love Sen. Joe, in that way one love a misguided family member, whose heart is in the right place, but mind seems cloudy, at best. His column is worth a read. Thank you.
