HELP STOP THE ACLU!

My friends at STOP the ACLU still need some help raising money for their Washington Times advertisement. Even if you don't donate, click on the link in the title of this post, and read some of the comments left there by supporters of the ACLU (comments 11, 15, and 17). It is enlightening to read the level of idiocy shown by these people, who have been leaving some of the most ridiculous comments I've seen anywhere! Also read how the gang over at STOP the ACLU deal with them. It will make you laugh.

UPDATE: Read comment 40 for a full-on liberal rant! It's a killer when these people expose themselves for the fools that they are. This rant could be called "confessions of a dangerous mind."

MOONBATS! LOL!

I've been out of the USMC for over 20 years, but certainly would be over there if I was allowed to.

Jerks like you ought to go over there, and see what it is we're fighting for.

------>>>> So why aren't YOU there right now? Thousands of retired military have been FORCED back into service. And you're saying they won't LET you. Sounds like you are LOOKING for excuses!!!

Army recalls thousands for Iraq duty
WASHINGTON — The Pentagon is calling up nearly 10,000 more troops, more than half of them soldiers who had thought they had finished their active-duty time, Defense officials said Wednesday.

------>>>> And this is at the same time the army can't get anyone to sign up... and the military won't take you back???

Army uncertain as it faces lowest recruiting in decades
WASHINGTON (AP) — The Army is closing the books on one of the leanest recruiting years since it became an all-volunteer service three decades ago, missing its enlistment target by the largest margin since 1979 and raising questions about its plans for growth.

------>>>> And how the H*E*L*L can you possibly justify NOT ONE of bushie-boy's relatives is jumping to the front of the line to fight in his "Noble War". They are at home munching on caviar and doing drugs, while real American soldiers are getting their testicles blown off -- and you would DIE for these pussies?????????????????????
George-the-draft-dodger has NEVER had ANY BLOOD in ANY fight. Ever. Oh, never any of HIS blood, but he would be happy to have yours. Knock yourself out...

Here is the full list of the children of Bush and his siblings who have chosen to let other young men and women -- mostly poor, rural and minorities -- die for them, because they have no desire to die for George W. Bush's alleged "noble cause" (assuming an eligible age of 17 with parental consent to join the military):

Military Service Eligible Children of George W. Bush (Total number serving: 0)
Jenna Bush
Barbara Bush

Military Service Eligible Children of Jeb Bush (Total number serving: 0)
George P. Bush
Noelle Bush
John Ellis Bush Jr.

Military Service Eligible Children of Neil Bush (Total number serving: 0)
Lauren Bush
Pierce Bush

Military Service Eligible Children of Marvin Bush (Total number serving: 0)

What difference does it make if any of the President's relatives are serving? The Iraq war was a neccessary policy decision, in my opinion. I wouldn't want the President's personal considerations to enter into it, either way. Maybe he shouldn't have invaded Afghanistan either, since he didn't have any family in the military. Are you starting to see the flaws in your logic?

When I served in the USMC, Islamofascist terrorists blew up 243 of my fellow Marines in Beirut. At the time, the USSR was the bigger threat. Now we are fighting those terrorists in Iraq. The military recalls people who have RECENTLY retired. I served 2 years on inactive reserve, where I was eligibile for recall. That period ended 18 years ago. I no longer have any training that the military can use, and don't work in a field that has any military application.

You seem to personalize your opposition to the President, and people who support his policy. I didn't see any analysis of the terrorist threat, and the best way to defeat it, in your comments. All you can write about is how we're all hypocrites. Not a very good argument, if you want to be taken seriously.
